The Standard Health Mate unit has 15 pounds and the Health Mate Jr. unit 6.5 pounds of activated carbon and Zeolite™. Most other units have a token amount of activated carbon and Zeolite™ (one or two ounces, not pounds as this unit has). For long term odor control a large amount of activated carbon and Zeolite™ is necessary.

The most advanced filtration system of its kind including 60 (30) square feet of HEPA filter media. This filter removes 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns in size. This filter will remove virtually all airborne bacteria and fungi.

The Standard Health Mate unit effectively filters a room up to 1,500 square feet. The Health Mate Jr. provides up to 5 air changes per hour in a room up to 300 square feet (15'X20'X8') in size.
